Cheese steak food truck!
Crazy Bull Cheese Steak is definitely not your average food truck and definitely not your average sandwich. Each cheese steak is packed with Alberta beef and is served by a down to earth and approachable staff. Their food tastes and looks authentic. I really love their newspaper wrapper that they use to wrap the sandwiches. It is the little details like that, that make it fun and memorable. In addition,their bread is sourced from a local bakery as well!
They have ten different cheese steaks to choose from: Original, Peppercorn, Italian, Western BBQ, Sweet Chili, Teriyaki, Frank Red-Hot, Canadian, Pierre’s Favorite and Spolombo. They also told me they have two separate menus, one for events and one for lunch. Not all flavors will be available at all times.
I got the Western BBQ and my girlfriend got the Original, the Original Philly (The Real Thing). Although I enjoyed the Western BBQ, when I took a bite of the Original, it is unquestionably their best seller for a reason. The Original is on a French baguette packed with grilled thin steak and fried onions, green peppers, mushrooms and cheese whiz. The Western BBQ in addition to everything mentioned is also topped with “House of Q” BBQ sauce.
